SEM Committee Response to ACER CACM Consultation
The SEM Committee published on 9 June 2011 its response to the ACER Consultation on the Framework Guidelines for Capacity Allocation and Congestion Management. The SEM Committee is committed to the goal of achieving the internal electricity market by 2014. However, as already presented to and discussed with ACER, the present draft of the CACM raises some significant issues for the SEM and as a result the SEM Committee is submitting a response to this regulatory consultation.
