Today, 30th March 2011 the Regulatory Authorities publish an NIE PPB PG note in relation to Non-Directed Contract (NDC) products for the current tariff year.
Parties interested in participating in these NDC auctions are asked to register their contact details with Tullet Prebon and NIE PPB and complete certain documentation.
In the near furture the RAs intend to publish a paper on NDCs offerings for the next tariff year.
