The Regulatory Authorities (RAs) today, 27 May 2016, publish their consultation document on the ‘Terms of Reference’ for the Balancing Market Principles Statement (BMPS) in the I-SEM.
This document proposes a possible structure for the BMPS in the I-SEM and invites comments on the RAs’ proposal.
Responses to this consultation document should be sent to Barry Hussey (bhussey@cer.ie) and Kenny Dane (kenny.dane@uregni.gov.uk) by close of business on Friday, 8 July 2016.
