SEM-11-002 Monitoring the Divergence of the Market Schedule from Dispatch and the Impact on Consumers

Consultation Paper

On September 2nd 2010 the SEM Committee published a proposed position paper regarding principles of dispatch and the design of the market schedule under the Trading and Settlement Code (SEM-10-060). The SEM Committee committed to consulting on an assessment framework relating to the impact of the divergence of the market schedule and dispatch in respect of issues 1 and 2 in SEM-10-060. The SEM Committee today (18 January 2011) publishes that consultation.
