Today (Wednesday 5th December 2012) the Regulatory Authorities publish a Decision Paper on the quantities and prices for the December Auction - Round 3 - of Directed Contracts (DCs) for Q2 2013 to Q1 2014.
Supplier eligibility for DCs will be communicated from the Regulatory Authorities to each relevant supplier and to the seller (ESB) separately.
Please note that the Primary DC Subscription Window will commence as planned on Monday 10th December.
