Today (4th April 2012) the TSO's have published the annual consultation papers on the Harmonised Ancillary Services (HAS) and Other System Charges (OSC) for the Tariff Year 2012-2013. In these papers the TSO's welcome participant's comments on the services and rates proposed. Responses may be sent to david.carroll@eirgrid.com and/or mark.gormley@soni.ltd.uk by 5pm on Friday, 4th May 2012.
