The Regulatory Authorities wish to draw attention to a current ACER public consultation related to REMIT, which is the new EU Regulation on wholesale energy market integrity and transparency.
This consultation is intended to collect views in relation to the future reporting to ACER of wholesale energy market transactions across the EU - including SEM transactions - for monitoring. This will feed into ACER's recommendations to the European Commission on the matter.
