Invitation for Bi-Lateral engagement to discuss I-SEM Synergies & Conflicts

As part of our 'Governance Review Process', initiated in the publication of the SEM Committee's I-SEM Roles and Responsibilities' decision paper (SEM-15-077) and subsequent to the receipt of a number of stakeholder responses to our 'I-SEM Roles & Responsibilities' consultation (SEM-15-016), the Regulatory Authorities (RAs) would like to afford the opportunity to interested parties to participate in bi-lateral engagement on I-SEM Synergies & Conflicts of Interest. The purpose of the engagement is to discuss specific concerns emanating from those responses, and indeed to allow stakeholders who did not respond to the consultation to voice their views.

We are offering 40-minute meeting slots to interested parties on either Monday 18th April 2016 (at the Utility Regulator's office in Belfast) or Tuesday 19 April 2016 (at the CER's office in Tallaght, Dublin). Representatives from the CER and the Utility Regulator will be in attendance.

Please contact Leigh Greer (Leigh.Greer@uregni.gov.uk) by 12:00 hours on Monday 11th April if you are interested in availing of this opportunity. We would ask that you indicate if a morning or afternoon slot would be preferable and where possible we will seek to accommodate this. A maximum of 4 representatives from each interested party can attend each session.
