On 20 June 2013 the Regulatory Authorities published "Guidance to market particpants on formulation of Commercial Offer Data, Provisional 'Good Cause' Determination & Outline of Next Steps". In this paper the SEM Committee indicated that it would publish consultation on enduring changes to the BCOP and this is now set out in "Gas Transportation Capacity Costs Consultation on BCOP Modification Directions" (SEM-13-051).
Consultation on SEM-13-051 and on Guidance Paper SEM-13-039 will be open until 26 September 2013 and comments on the contents of both papers will be welcomed. Following the close of consultation and consideration of the comments received the SEM Committee then expects to reach a final conclusion and take any further appropriate action.
