Today, 9th July 2013 the RA's publish a Decision Paper on Harmonised Ancillary Services (HAS) and Other System Charges (OSC) Decision Paper for the tariff year 2013/2014. This paper presents the RA's decision on the rates and sevices/charges for the tariff year 2013/2014 for Harmonised Ancillary Services (HAS) and Other System Charges (OSC) for the period 1st October 2013 to 30th September 2014. This decision follows a consultation process carried out by the TSO's.
