Today, 13th March 2013, the SEM Committee publishes Version 2 of the ESB Power Generation Directed Contract Subscription Rules paper. This paper sets out the rules designed to facilitate and clarify the Directed Contract Subscription process. It is different to the first version published on 5th March only in that Baseline prices have been added to facilitate the calculation of credit cover.
