Today, Tuesday 7th July 2020, the SEM Committee has published a Market Power and Liquidity Discussion Paper.
This Discussion Paper will inform market participants of the SEM Committee’s intended approach to addressing the decisions within SEM-17-015 (Forwards & Liquidity Decision Paper), and to issue a call for evidence on market power and forward contracting in SEM.
