The Regulators have received the TSO's estimate of the revenue required for Imperfection Charges for the tariff year 2014 - 2015. This consultation paper presents the Regulatory Authorities (RAs) proposal and invites the comments of market participants and other stakeholders. These comments will be considered by the RAs before setting the final annual tariff. The document also describes the arrangements for end of year corrections and financing of any over/under recovery by the TSOs during the current 2013/14 tariff year.
