The Single Electricity Market Committee published the Draft Decision Paper in the high level design of the new wholesale electricity market on 9th June 2014.
The Regulatory Authorities (RAs) received 95 responses to the I-SEM Decision Paper consultation 5 of which are confidential. The 90 non confidential responses will be published later this week.
