Information paper on Balance Responsibility in the SEM

The SEM Committee is today, 27 April 2020, publishing an Information Paper on SEM balance responsibility with respect to Regulation 2019/943 under the Clean Energy Package.

This Information paper highlights the RAs’ current view that the SEM is compliant with balance responsibility requirements under Article 5 of the Regulation.
