The RA's have decided to use a different coal index from that used to date for the purpose of modelling Directed Contracts in the SEM. We have decided to change to the ICE index for coal for cost and transparency reasons.
As part of this change the following documents need to be revised. The RA's are today publishing these revised documents in advance of the forthcoming round of Directed Contract auctions:
Amended DC Master Agreement
Draft Amendment Agreement for issue to counterparties
Amended Subscription Rules
The changes to these documents are in addition to the changes ESB already made in relation to the EMIR requirements, also included in the documents (without track changes); participants have been updated in respect of these by ESB.
