On 28 April 2014, the Regulatory Authorities (RAs) published a consultation paper on the 'Capacity Requirement and Annual Capacity Payment Sum for the Calander Year 2015'.
Within this consultation paper the figures for the Annual Capacity Payment Sum and the Capacity Requirement for 2015 were determined, using similar methodology as has been employed in previous years. This paper summarises the main input used and have the data sheets used in the calculation as a series of appendiices.
Views are invited regarding any and all aspects of the proposals put forward in this Consultation Paper, and should be addressed (preferably via email) to Kenny Dane (kenny.dane@uregni.gov.uk) by 5pm on 28 May 2014.
