CRM Reserves Consultation The RAs today, 5 October 2018, publish the CRM Reserves Consultation Paper. This follows the recent SEM Committee T-4 CY2022/23 parameters decision (SEM-18-155) to include reserves in the T-4 capacity auction by considering the possible inclusion of reserves at the locational capacity constraint areas. Furthermore, the consultation also proposes the inclusion of reserves to the T-1 CY2019/20 capacity auction and the possible inclusion of reserves at the locational capacity constraint areas.
