Complex Bid Offer Controls in the I-SEM Balancing Market - Decision Paper & Consultation Responses
The Regulatory Authorities today, 7th April 2017, publish the Decision Paper on Complex Bid Offer Controls in the I-SEM Balancing Market.
This Decision paper follows on from the Offers in the I-SEM Balancing Market Consultation paper (SEM-16-059) and the I-SEM Market Power Decision paper (SEM-16-024). The paper has been published following a consultation process and industry engagement. It contains a summary of the comments received during the consultation, the SEM Committee’s response to those comments and the SEM Committee’s decision on the key issues.
The Regulatory Authorities are also publishing the non-confidential responses to the Offers in the I-SEM Balancing Market Consultation paper (SEM-16-059).
