Intermediary Transitions to I-SEM Consultation
On the 20th of January, the Regulatory Authorities published a consultation on modifications to Intermediary arrangements under the I-SEM. This paper discusses the transition of existing intermediary arrangements to the new market and invites comments on establishing eligibility criterion for Regulatory Consent for any new I-SEM applications. Comments are requested by the 3rd of March, 2017.
