On the 27th of May 2016 the Regulatory Authorities published a consultation paper on the ‘Terms of Reference’ for the Balancing Market Principles Statement in the I-SEM.
This document proposed a possible structure for the BMPS in the I-SEM and invited comments from all stakeholders on the Regulatory Authorities proposals.
Today, the 6th of October 2016 the Regulatory Authorities published their decision on the “Terms of Reference” for the Balancing Market Principles Statement.
This paper is published following an extensive consultation and industry engagement. It contains a summary of the comments received during the consultation, the SEM Committee’s responses to those comments and the SEM Committee’s decision.
