On the 27th July, the Regulatory Authorities published a decision paper on details of the approach being develped for the derivation of the locational transmission use of system (TUoS) tariff for generators. Subject to reveiw of the generation scenarios used and consultation on the resulting tariffs, the paper confirms that the system operators should continue with the approach suggested in the consultation paper.
