On 27th July, the Regulatory Authorities published the decision paper Options for Handling Long-Term Consumption Adjustments in the Wholesale SEM.
On 16th May 2007, the Regulatory Authorities published a Consultation paper on the Options for Handling Long-term Consumption Adjustments in the Wholesale SEM. Comments were received from three parties. The decision paper sets out the Regulatory Authorities' decision on this aspect of the design of the SEM Trading and Settlement Code (the Code) and the next steps to be taken. It also responds directly to all the participant comments received during the course of this consultation.
