Modification Notices for Licences
On the 24th October, the Regulatory Authorities published the Modification Notices for Generation Licences. These Modifications have been made by NIAUR pursuant to powers under Article 3 of the Electricity (Single Wholesale Market)(Northern Ireland) Order 207 and Regulation 60 of the Electricity Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2007, and were made on 22nd October 2007. These Modifications have also received the consent of DETI (Department of Enterprise, Trade and Investment).
Post Go-Active Modifications
Decision
On November 16th the Regulatory Authorities published a Decision Paper on post Go-Active licence changes. the Consultation was published on August 24th and the licence modifications were published on October 24th
Consultation
On August 24th the Regulatory Authoritiespublished a consultation proposing some minor modications to the generation licences to clarify the obligations on generators with respect to the appointment of intermediaries
Modification Notices

These Modifications have been made by NIAUR (the Authoritiy) pursuant to powers under Article 3 of the Electricity (Single Wholesale Market) (Northern Ireland) Order 2007 and Regulation 60 of the Electricity Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2007. The Modifications have also received the consent of DETI (Department of Enterprise, Trade and Investment).
