Decision
On the 25th June, the Regulatory Authorities published the set of Agreed Procedures to accompany Version 2.0 of the Single Electricity Market (SEM) Trading and Settlement Code (the 'Code'). These documents set out the procedures of interaction with the Market Operator to facilitate the sale and purchase of wholesale electricity in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland commencing from the implementation of the SEM scheduled for the 1st November 2007.
