The Regulatory Authorities today (21st July, 2009) publish a Decision Paper on the Interim Arrangements for Fuel-Mix Disclosure in the SEM. The Regulatory Authorities will now work with the SEMO and industry to publish the 2008 disclosure calculation in September.
Please note that this paper relates to the Interim Arrangements and not the enduring arrangements implementing the recent Directive relating to renewable energy. The arrangements proposed in this paper are without prejudice to any requirements that may arise from this Directive will be superseded by the implementation of the enduring arrangements.
