ESB Power Generation 2010/11 Directed Contract Subscription Rules
Today the SEM Committee published the approved ESB Power Generation Directed Contract Subscription Rules paper. This paper follows, and is consistent with, the SEM Committee's Decision and Response paper on the Directed Contract Implementation Report published on 1st April 2010 (SEM-10-016). This paper sets out, in detail, the rules designed to facilitate and to clarify the Directed Contract subscription process which will commence on 29th April 2010. To aid transparency, it also publishes these Subscription Rules with track changes from the current year.
