Today, 4th September 2015, the SEM Committee published its final decision on the 'Fixed Cost of a Best New Entrant Peaking Plant, Capacity Requirement and Annual Capacity Payment Sum (ACPS) for the Trading Year 2016' containing the final values to apply for the 2016 Trading Year.
