Harmonised Ancillary Services : Consultation Briefing Session Slides Oct 2008
This Harmonised Ancillary Services Consultation Paper was developed jointly by the Transmission System Operators (TSOs) in Ireland and Northern Ireland, Eirgrid and SONI respectively. The proposals build upon the High Level Decision Paper issued by the Regulatory Authorities last February, discussions at industry workshops last February,discussions at industry workshops, and subjective comments. It sets out the TSO's proposals for harmonised All-Island arrangements for Ancillary Services, Other Payments and Charges and Generator Performance Incentives. This consultation will be followed with Regulatory Authorities Ancillary Services Harmonised Decision Paper in Quarter 4 2008.
Comments to the paper should be submitted to the System Operators to conor.kavanagh@eirgrid.com and Leslie.burns@soni.ltd.uk by 28th October 2008.
A briefing session will be held in the Crowne Plaza Hotel Dundalk and will commence at 10.00am and finish around 13:00. Lunch will be provided after the briefing.
