Price Cap and Price Floor in the Trading and Settlement Code
On 22nd August 2008, the SEM Committee published a decision paper on the values for the market price cap (PCAP) and the market price floor (PFLOOR) in the Trading and Settlement Code to apply for 2009. Following consultation, the SEM Committee has determined that the same values as were used in 2007 and 2008 for PCAP and PFLOOR should be used in the year beginning 1st January 2009.
