Review of the Effectiveness of PCAP and PFLOOR
On 11th June 2008, the SEM Committee published a consultation paper which reviewd the effectiveness of the market price cap (PCAP) and the market price floor (PFLOOR). In the light of that review, the Committee is proposing that the same values as were used in 2007 and 2008 for PCAP and PFLOOR should be used in the year beginning 1st January 2009.
