The SEM Committee today (28 August 2009) published the Decision paper on a price control for SEMO which details the SEM Committee's decision on a price control for SEMO. The price control is to last for one year from 1st October 2009 to 31st September 2010. The decisions have been made on the basis of information submitted and meetings held with SEMO and also with regard to the public consultation which ended on 15th August for which there were nine responses.
