Market Power Mitigation in the SEM, A Consultation Paper on Directed Contracts Implementation for 2009
The Regulatory Authorities published a Draft Implementation report which is designed to serve as a guide for the implementation of the policies of the Regulatory Authorities with respect to Directed Contracts in 2009. It follows the format used in the equivalent Implementation Report last year (AIP-SEM-08-002) and describes the rules for quantification, allocation , and pricing of Directed Contracts, and the timing of the process. The Regulatory Authorities invite interested parties to submit comments to Kevin Hagan(Khagan@cer.ie) and Andrew McCorriston (andrew.mccoriston@niaur.gov.uk) on this Draft Implementation Report by 4th March 2009.
