On 3rd April the SEM Committee published the approved ESB Power Generation Directed Contract Subscription Rules paper. This paper follows and is consistent with the SEM Commmittee's Decision and Response paper on the Directed Contract Implementation Report published on 13th March 2008 (SEM-08-020). This paper sets out, in detail, the rules designed to facilitate and to clarify the Directed Contract subscription process which will commence on 28th April 2008.
