On 11th February 2008 the Regulatory Authorities published a discussion paper on key issues arising from increasing levels of wind generation on the island of Ireland.
Comment is invited on both the scope and content of matters raised within the paper. Responses will be used to inform more specific proposals in a subsequent Consultation Paper.
