The SEM Committee has approved at its meeting of 29th November the Guidance for TSO Certification under EC Directive 2009/72/EC which has been transposed into Northern Ireland law in the Gas and Electricity (Internal Markets) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2011. This sets out the requirements of TSO licence holders in Northern Ireland seeking certification under the legislation and gives a period of eight weeks to submit applications.
