Today, 26th September 2011 the SEM Committee publishes their decision on the allowances for the additional costs of the Intra-Day trading implementation. The paper also presents the decisions of the SEM Committee on the mechanisms for the recovery of the required revenue as well as the incentivisation method to be applied.
