On 3 March 2010, the SEM Committee published its Decision Paper on SEM Regional Integration. This paper considers the responses of interested parties to the Consultation Paper by topic; sets out the SEM Committee’s decision in each case in the light of those responses; and proposes a programme of work for the RAs to achieve the SEM Committee’s overall aim of maximising the efficient use of existing and future interconnectors between the SEM and its neighbouring markets over the coming years
