On 29th March 2012 the SEM Committee decided to withdraw its decision to treat curtailment issues in a tie-break situation on a firm access quantity basis (as set out in Section 3.5 of the paper SEM-11-105) and publish a further consultation paper on the matter.
This was considered necessary to provide an additional opportunity for all members of the industry and the public to comment on the merits of the options for the treatment of curtailment issues in a tie-break situation. To view the new Consultation Paper please click below.
