The SEM Committee considered this matter at its meeting on 30 May 2013 in light of the responses to the consultation it issued in September 2012 "Single Electricity Market: Treatment of Gas Transportation Capacity Costs (SEM-12-089)" and subsequent correspondence with market participants.
The Committee acknowledges the concerns expressed on this question and confirms that it intends to issue a clarification on the treatment of these costs as a matter of urgency and in any event no later that 20 June 2013.
