Trading and Settlement Code Terms of Reference for the Market Audit 2019 Decision Paper

The SEM Committee is today publishing a Decision Paper on the terms of reference for the 2019 Trading and Settlement Code Market Audit.

Under the Trading and Settlement Code the SEM Committee is required to appoint a Market Auditor to conduct an audit upon SEMO’s (the Market Operator) compliance with the Code its operation and implementation and the operation, trading arrangement, procedures and process under the Cod, on an annual basis.

This paper sets out the SEM Committees decision upon the structure and approach that the 2019 audit will take.
