Following proposed Tariff submissions by the TSOs, and a review of the submissions, the Regulatory Authorities have published a Decision Paper covering tariff charges for two new Trading and Settlement Code Tariffs from Go-Live to apply to the end of September 2018. This follows on from SEM Publication SEM-18-008 published on 06 March 2018. The tariffs are:
- Market Operator Tariffs
- Capacity Difference Socialisation Fund
The paper also confirms that the Imperfections Charge for 2017/2018 is applicable for the full tariff year until 30 September 2018 and that the AOLR tariff will be in line with the SEMO Price Control Determination (SEM-18-003) section 8.1 as published on the 13 February 2018.
