The SEM Committee today, 29th January, publishes the initial Terms of Reference of the System Services Future Arrangements Project (SSFA) Panel. This Terms of Reference follows on from the Terms of Reference being consulted on as part of the SSFA Phase III consultation (SEM-23-043) and subsequent decision (SEM-23-103).
The intention is to engage bilaterally with representative associations indicated to be members of the Panel under the Terms of Reference in order to receive nominations for membership. The SEM Committee intends to confirm membership by 9th February and to then establish the schedule of meetings for 2024, targeting the first meeting to take place by the end of February.
