System Services Future Arrangements High Level Design Decision Paper

The SEM Committee today, 14 April 2022, publishes its Decision on the System Services Future Arrangements High Level Design. This follows the System Services Future Arrangements High Level Design Consultation Paper (SEM-21-069).

The paper makes a number of decisions related to Auction and Market Design, and the Governance Arrangements. Following on from this, the project now moves to the Detailed Design and Implementation Phase, further details of which are contained within the paper.
