SEMO 2021-24 price control decision

The Regulatory Authorities are today, 10 September 2021, publishing the SEMO Price Control Decision. This decision sets out the revenue requirements of SEMO from 1 October 2021 to 30 September 2024 which includes SEMO’s operating costs, capital expenditure, KPIs and financeability.  This is the second price control period since Go-Live of the revised SEM arrangements in 2018.

This decision follows the SEMO Price Control Consultation (SEM-21-046) which was consulted upon from 3 June to 21 July 2021.  Eight responses were received, which are published alongside this decision.  (SEMO’s published response is a redacted version of the confidential version submitted to the RAs).
