SEM compliance with Guideline on Electricity Balancing
The SEM Committee has today, 09 April 2021, published a consultation assessing the compliance of the local SEM market arrangements with the Guideline on Electricity Balancing (2017/2195). This consultation comprises of a Regulatory Authorities cover paper and a paper with summary of analysis from Eirgrid and SONI.
