The Electricity Regulation (Carbon Revenue Levy) (Amendment) Act 2012 was enacted on 25th May 2012. Therefore the last Carbon Revenue Levy period ends today (25th May 2012)
The SEM Committee expects that, with immediate effect, there will no longer be any provision for the carbon revenue levy in generators Commercial Offer Data in the SEM.
