Transmission Loss Adjustment in Commercial Offer Data
This letter updates the SEM Committee General Direction (SEM-08-179) of December 2008 regarding loss-adjustments of Commercia Offer Data, due to the implementation of Mod_12_09. It also instructs Generators from when to adjust their Start-Up and No-Load Costs, as part of their Commercial Offer Data.
