The Regulatory Authorities are today publishing a Draft Implementation Report which is designed to serve as a guide for the implementation of the policies of the Regulatory Authorities with respect to Directed Contracts in 2010 It follows the format used in the equivalent Implementation Report last year (AIP-SEM-09-015) and describes the rules for quantification, allocation and pricing of Directed Contracts, and the timing of the process.
The Regulatory Authorities invite interested parties to submit comments to both Kevin Hagan (khagan@cer.ie) and Colin Broomfield (colin.broomfield@niaur.gov.uk) on this Draft Implementation Report by 5th March 2010
