Principles of Dispatch and the Design of the Market Schedule in the Trading and Settlement Code : A Consultation Paper
The consultation paper is published further to a discussion paper (SEM-08-002) and an initial response paper (SEM-08-0127). The consultation paper examines dispatch principles and associated Trading and Settlement Code matters in the SEM. The paper examines a number of relevant issues including priority dispatch, curtailment, deemed firm access, allocation of infra marginal rents in the Trading and Settlement Code, treatment of Variable Price Takers, determination of SMP when demand is met by Price Takers and the quantity of generation paid Pfloor.
Comments are invited from interested parties for receipt by 17:00 on Friday, 18th September 2009.
